Welcome to the new sustained reading class and lab at Divine Word College. My goal as the instructor of the class is to help foster a love of reading while giving you the opportunity to improve your reading ability in English.
We'll do that with a variety of reading materials: graded readers, some with audio cds to accompany them; electronic sources of text and audio support; trips to the library and reading room to learn about the wide assortment of materials available there and much more.
This will be a low stress environment. The only tests we'll have are those to place you in the right reading level in our graded reading program and small quizzes checking your understanding and helping you practice what you've learned. You'll pass the class if you read. The only failure possible is if you fail to participate.
That said, let's have some fun this semester!

I would like speak a true story .Maybe you ever heard and read the newspaper or watched the TV some story about the crime who became a murder.At usually we would say somebody killed some people would like for the money or recover the ashes .But it is not me what I will talk to you.When I study in the elementary school. I have a classmate who top student is a very honest and kindly person. One day he was abscenced the class suddenly .But nobody knows why he didn't come to class. A few days later he came back to the class. and then he told us his uncle was suicided.Because he killed a 7 peole which a family include the children and the old people. Unbelievable!How did he kill the children and the old people. As result we got known his uncle is a good people who like him is a simple and honest .Aslo he is friendly.But he sufferd a bad man who offen ashamed him and beat him soundly on the public place. Even the bad man asked him knee down for him ahead of the other people. The situations kept for long time .At the last he cann't bear him anymore so he prepare a broadsword that he went to the bad man's family in the midnight killed all people. He was closed himself in the room for a week befor he killed the Family .He was sorrw goes into his hear and liver deep grief. Anyway he has no courage to face the bad man and made the decision to kill him.This is the story which I want to speak.
Maybe it is very simple but it is really take aback to our heart. I think we could reflect something special for pychological problems on nowadays.
